David McDonald is founder and managing partner of Medical Investment Properties LLC, where he applies 24 years of experience in investment property consulting and brokerage to overseeing investment analysis, acquisition and asset management. David has developed and managed over $75 million in residential and commercial medical office properties and completed more than 7,000 real estate transactions as both principal and agent. As owner of Idaho Commercial Brokerage, LLC for 16 years, he cultivated strategic relationships throughout the medical, brokerage and investment communities. A licensed broker, he served as vice president of the Boise Chapter of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute from 2001–2003. David is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM).
