Maurice (Moe) Therrien is a partner with Medical Investment Properties LLC. There, he directs site selection and procurement, lease reviews, market and financial analysis, asset management and oversight, property sale strategies, pricing and brokerage services. Moe has 35 years of experience as a licensed commercial real estate appraiser. His areas of appraisal emphasis include lender compliance appraisals, property reviews and financial analysis of professional and medical offices, as well as retail and industrial properties. Moe’s depth and breadth of expertise includes 25 years as an investment property real estate broker facilitating multiple sales of professional office and medical office properties, and commercial land and retail properties. Prior to MIP, he spent 17 years as an associate broker with Idaho Commercial Brokerage, LLC, where he successfully represented real estate buyers and sellers. Previously, he was managing partner with Mountain States Appraisal and Ada Real Estate Surveys. Earlier, he was broker and owner of MSA realty where he specialized in buyer and seller representation and commercial and residential real estate investment.
